The software provided by BIMcosmos is composed of various modules which, depending on the type and scope of the conclusion of the contract, become the subject matter of the contract individually or as a whole. The modules have the following elements:

1. Runtime

   1. The Customer may choose between a monthly subscription (so-called monthly contract) and an annual subscription (so-called annual contract). The term and provision of the software is not linked or connected to a specific project of the project parties or similar circumstances outside of this contract and is measured exclusively according to this contract.

   2. The monthly contract has a basic term of one month and is extended by one month at a time if the contract is not terminated with 30 days’ notice to the end of the month.

   3. The annual contract has a basic term of one year and is extended by a further year if the contract is not terminated with 3 months’ notice before the end of the year.

   4. The term of an individual module or for an authorized user ends at the time when the contract ends in its entirety, regardless of whether the term of the individual module or the authorized user would last longer than the term of the contract. There will be no partial refund for the remaining term of the individual module or Eligible User.

2. Remuneration

   1. Remuneration shall be due for the provision and licensing of the software. The remuneration is calculated according to the number of authorized users and arises independently of the actual use of the software.

   2. The remuneration per user currently amounts to

      1. BIMcosmos Basic: € 18.00 for a monthly contract or € 168.00 for an annual contract plus VAT.

      2. BIMcosmos Business € 38.00 for a monthly contract or € 408.00 for an annual contract plus VAT.

      3. BIMcosmos Enterprise 68.00 € for a monthly contract or 648.00 € for an annual contract plus VAT.

   3. It is not possible to book only individual modules for individual authorized users.
